How do I request maintenance using the Online Resident Portal - Rent Cafe

Answer

Use the “Work Order” menu option to view your pending work orders, their status and your work order history. Keep in mind you won’t be able to see work orders entered by your roommate.

  1. Log into your account and navigate to the "Work Order" menu
  2. To enter a new work order click on the “Add New Request” tab.
  3. Select a category (sub category is optional).
  4. Provide a description of the work to be completed and the priority level.
  5. Use the Access Instructions to let us know about pets or other considerations.
  6. If we have permission to enter when you’re not home click “Yes”. If you click “No” we’ll schedule an appointment.
  7. Click “Submit”. An email confirmation will follow
